Abstract

The field of urology is experiencing tremendous growth on our continent. This momentum is seeing our discipline find root in places where no services existed previously, and mature and flourish in established centres. To meet this excitement, there is a need to carefully plan. These plans need to consider service provision for all, the hunger for quality training and our research goals.
